Where the length or height of a tray
sign is greater than the largest master aluminium sheet
size available tray signs can be manufactured in multiples
(typically for wide shop fronts and garage forecourts
etc).
|
In these applications anti flex plates are fitted to the joints
of adjoining trays to assist alignment and to reduce surface
flexing. There are no limits to the number of trays that can
be linked together.

For a greater visual impact why not combine two or more trays
of different shapes. To further enhance the three-dimensional effect
of tray signs why not combine trays of differing depths. Perhaps
you might consider arranging a number of single trays in a layout
to mirror a customer's logo.

The 'Standard' and most economical way to signwrite
an Aluminium fascia is to use 'Spot Vinyl', other methods can be
used, and they are Moulded Letters, B/U perspex letters,
B/U Stainless Steel letters, flat-cut Perspex letters and Vinyl
