Foamex Fascia Boards - Full colour printed Foamex in an Aluminium frame

Foamex Fascia Boards

Foamex is perfect for projects with a limited budget and can be supplied in gloss or matt finish.

Why choose cost-effective Foamex Signs?

Foamex is a lightweight product, versatile and cost-effective at an unbeatable price.

Foamex is a PVC product that has the appearance of a solid plastic sheet. It usually has a smooth matt finish, although a gloss finish is also an option. It is strong, rigid, durable and water repellent. In addition to being a good surface for printing, it can also be cut to shape. This allows for the creation of unusual signs, which can make a striking impact.

Product application

Foamex is widely used for exhibition stands and indoor signage, but is also ideal for fascia signs and other outdoor applications. Available is various thicknesses, including 10mm thick which may suit certain free-standing signage.

Unique characteristics

Foamex signs are a popular choice for temporary signage, or when a budget is limited. As a popular product, Impact Signs have considerable experience in producing Foamex fascia signs for many businesses in and around Aylesbury.

Frames/Lights

Frames

The Frame offers a more prominent look to the sign, it is a noticeable finish and quality.

We have got two types of aluminium frames: Anodised and Powder Coated.

While Anodised aluminium is available in a smaller number of colours than powder coated, it preserves the natural texture of ‘brushed aluminium’ effect. Bothe types of finishes are very durable and weather resistant.

Add Lighting and Get Noticed

Enhances any sign and gives higher visibility especially at night.

With an attractive curved profile housing a unique polished aluminium reflector, it is the answer for a constant run illumination of signs, fascias, pelmets and skirtings. Adjustable stand-off brackets allow accurate adjustment of light throw of signs up to 3000mm depth. The aluminium body is available in silver anodised and powder coated white finish. Sections can be butt-jointed with available adaptors.

Features & Benefits: Powder coated white or black as standard but can be to any RAL colour, waterproof, rot proof, maintenance free (tubes are easily changed).

Maintenance

Care of your new fascia Sign

Congratulations, you have just bought ‘the best’. Impact Signs use ‘new generation’ materials for all of their fascia signs. Everything that we use is…

  • UV stable (fade resistant).
  • Waterproof.
  • Rot proof
  • Virtually maintenance free.
  • All you have to do is clean with soapy water and a sponge as required. That’s it!

If you wish to remove the sign writing (vinyl only) at any stage, this is relatively easy to do, just use the following guidelines:

  • Use heat! Vinyl can be removed easier when it is warm. A hair dryer is the best tool for the job. Caution! Do not use hot air guns, these may burn the fascia!
  • To remove the glue residue use white spirit. Let it soak in for approx 2 minutes first, glue should then be easy to use.
  • Do not use a knife to remove vinyl, a plastic knife is best, or ask us for a squeegee.
